Do I have to sign a contract?

No. With OnCalla, there is nothing to sign and no long term contracts. Our service is month-to-month. You are billed per minute, and you can adjust or cancel service at any time.

Do you have any cancellation fees?

No. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month and usage from the previous month, but you won’t be billed again.

What if I don't know how many calls my business receives per month?

That's what is so great about our monthly reporting – it will give you an idea of your average call volume. That way, you will have a pretty good estimate of what your monthly bill would be if you partnered with OnCalla. Our team can handle over 30,000 calls a day! Can I change plans?

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. There is a one-time fee of $50 to set up your account in our billing and ticketing systems and migrate your scripting protocol .

How do you bill?

We offer monthly billing. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments for OnCalla online.
